Operating procedures of rotary distiller 1. Use a hose to connect with the condensate trap, and a vacuum hose to connect with the diaphragm vacuum pump. 2. Pour water into the heating tank first. Pure water is easy to use. Tap water should be left for 1-2 days before use. 3. Adjust the angle of the main unit: Just loosen the connection screw between the main unit and the column. The host can tilt arbitrarily between 0-45 degrees. 4. Connect the condensed water, switch on the power supply, connect the evaporation flask with the host (don’t let go), turn on the diaphragm vacuum pump to reach a certain vacuum, and release your hand. 5. Adjust the height of the main unit: press down the pressure rod at the bottom of the heating tank, adjust the arc left and right to make it reach the appropriate position and then lift the pressure rod to reach the desired height. 6. Turn on the speed control switch, the green light is on, adjust the speed knob on the left side, and the evaporation flask starts to rotate. Turn on the temperature control switch, the green light is on, adjust the temperature control knob on its left side, the heating tank starts to automatic temperature control heating, and the instrument enters trial operation. 7. After the evaporation is completed, first, turn off the speed control switch and the temperature control switch, press the lower lever to make the host rise, then turn off the diaphragm vacuum pump, and open the vent valve above the condenser to communicate with the atmosphere, remove the evaporating flask, and the evaporation process ends.
Notes for rotary distiller 1. The glass parts should be handled gently before assembly, and they should be cleaned, wiped, or dried before assembly. 2. A layer of vacuum grease must be applied to each grinding port, sealing surface, sealing ring, and joints before installation. 3. It must be screwed into the safety hole to prevent damage to the flask. 4. If the vacuum cannot be drawn up, check each joint, whether the interface is sealed with a sealing ring, whether the sealing surface is effective, whether the vacuum grease between the main shaft and the sealing ring is coated, whether the diaphragm vacuum pump and its hose are leaking, whether the glass is cracked or broken, The phenomenon of damage. 5. When the work is over, turn off the switch and unplug the power supply.
Troubleshooting of rotary distiller 1. The motor does not rotate Take the method: Plug the plug again, connect, and disconnect. Update the fuse or confirm that the power supply is normal. Update the circuit board or electric control box. Connect the ground properly or change the work location. Eliminate according to P33 of the inverter manual.
2. The bath is not heated, the detection content Take the method: Detect power supply 220V. Change the heating ring. Replace the solid state relay or relay board. Change the temperature controller. Check the probe wiring or update the probe.
