Fill the oil filling port of the centrifugal nozzle motor to more than half of the observation hole, and then turn on the oil circulation pump. Check whether the regulating butterfly valve at the outlet of the centrifugal fan is open.
Whether the connecting pipe of the feed pump is well connected, and whether the rotation direction of the motor and the pump is correct. The top of the drying room should be covered with the spray head to avoid air leakage. Close the outlet of the feed pump.

First, turn on the steam heating, turn on the electric heater (electric heating is an auxiliary heating function), and check whether there is electricity leakage (if there is electricity leakage, the control cabinet will automatically trip).
Carry out the cylinder body preheating, the preheating temperature is between 180-220°C. Turn off the fan. Place the centrifugal spray head, turn on the centrifugal spray head, slowly adjust the frequency of the atomizer to a certain frequency (determined according to the actual situation), when the spray head reaches the high speed under the frequency condition, turn on the feed pump and turn on the feed pump The outlet valve.

Slowly open the valve of the centrifugal nozzle to increase the amount of feed from small to large, otherwise it will cause wall sticking until it is adjusted to the appropriate requirements to keep the exhaust air temperature constant.
The dried product is collected and placed in the pollinator in the lower part of the tower body and the lower part of the cyclone separator. The pollinator should be replaced before it is full. When the pollinator is replaced, the butterfly valve above must be switched off.
